Welcome to the Workplace Health Choice website

We Believe in the Freedom to Personal Health Choice and Medical Privacy.

We are here to help individuals find others in their workplaces that are interested in establishing their medical rights, constitutional rights and human rights with their employers. We encourage everyone, no matter what their personal medical choice has been, to stand together in peaceful mass non-compliance against discriminatory health passports, vaccine status declarations, and forced continual testing in their workplaces. The basis of which are illegal and unethical and will lead to a divided society and discrimination.

The implementation of health passports, vaccine status declaration or forced testing is absolutely the exercise of authority and if a person receives a vaccine only because of the use of that authority, and because they want to be able to live a normal life and keep their job, they did not consent to that medical treatment. Consent given under fear or duress is not consent. Medical treatment is an assault if it is not done with not only the consent, but the informed consent of the patient.

So a health passport, vaccine status declaration, or forced testing is absolutely offensive to a free and democratic society and it is entirely injurious to the sanctity of the individuals person, guaranteed under Section 7 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. But there is also a Human Rights aspect as well in Section 15 – Equality Rights.

"In health there is freedom. Health is the first of all liberties."

- Henri Frederic Amiel

“I am a Canadian, a free Canadian, free to speak without fear, free to worship in my own way, free to stand for what I think right, free to oppose what I believe wrong, or free to choose those who shall govern my country. This heritage of freedom I pledge to uphold for myself and all mankind.”

John Diefenbaker, 13th Prime Minister of Canada

"Canada does not just ‘go along’ in order to ‘get along.’ We will ‘go along,’ only if we ‘go’ in a direction that advances Canada’s values: freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law."

John Baird
